Nitzan Sneh
Founder, Chief Executive Officer
Nitzan is focused on clinical data-driven development technologies, and previously founded and led two international medical technologies ventures: Contec Vision, Inc. – A web-based tele-medicine and tele-radiology networks company and Contec Medical, Inc. – a global pioneer in web-based Electronic Medical Records (EMR) in the early 90’s. Nitzan was a pioneer in developing multimedia real-time documentation systems for surgical procedures and in 1991 launched the world’s first digital video-capture technology for minimally invasive surgery as well as a non-invasive technology for early detection of cervical cancer.
Nitzan received a B.Sc. in electrical engineering and BA in economics and social studies from Tel-Aviv University and is a graduate of the Harvard-MIT E-Lab program.
Chuck Hatem
Vice President, Business Development and Alliances
Chuck has 20 years business development and operational experience in the life science industry. Prior to joining CliniWorks, he had business development positions in the CRO industry working for ICON Clinical Research and in the biotechnology industry in the Marketing and Medical Affairs Departments at EMD Serono. He brings a broad set of clinical data technologies business management experience in the areas of electronic data capture, document and medical image management. Chuck holds a BA, Biology from Oberlin and a MBA from Northeastern University.
Yasmin Kurz
Vice President, Operations
Yasmin brings CliniWorks more than 10 years of experience of software development leadership and project management. Prior to joining CliniWorks, she worked at Random Logic as Infrastructure and Web Projects Manager. Yasmin served 7 years as an officer in the Israel Defense Force’s Center of Computing and Information Systems unit (Mamram), as Project Manager & Software team leader, SAP ERP.
Yasmin holds a B.A. in Management and Economics.
Yariv Fishman
Vice President, Research and Development
Yariv Fishman brings over 10 years of experience in managing R&D of enterprise software, distributed computing and Web (SaaS). Prior to joining CliniWorks, Yariv served as the Software director of MDG, and the VP of product development in WORKPLACEIQ Ltd. In both companies Yariv has led the product development from concept level to maturity and to actual sales. Yariv holds a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and an MBA with Honors from Tel-Aviv University.
Frédéric Pothier
Chief Financial Officer
Frédéric Pothier oversees CliniWorks’ finance, legal, and human resource functions. Frédéric has close to 20 years of leadership experience in high growth technology, healthcare, and manufacturing where he has performed strategic planning, financial restructuring, merger and acquisition activities, and funding. Prior to joining CliniWorks, Inc Frédéric was CFO at PROmedica Communications, Inc. Frédéric founded August France SAS (France), a luxury gourmet brand manufacturer-wholesaler and served as its CFO. Frédéric also held the position of Managing Director and Controller of the Group Electrogeloz SA, (ELF aquitaine subsidiaries) where he directed major financial restructuring and M&A activities and he is currently the financial advisor for several other ventures primarily in the field of high growth technology within the US and Europe. Frédéric graduated from Ecole Supérieure de Commerce-(Paris, France) with a major in Financial Mathematics.
