Clinical Data Analyst (Cambridge, MA)

CliniWorks is seeking a Clinical Data Analyst to join a growing Operations team. The position involves the following:

  • Program and run query criteria on healthcare data using AccelFind, the company’s healthcare data analytics platform
  • Perform analytics and generate reports/presentations to advise business partners and support business needs such as creating insights into healthcare outcomes and clinical research studies
  • Engage current and prospective healthcare clients regarding data search requirements and objectives
  • Perform a Quality Assurance and validation function for the data integration process
  • Internal collaboration to provide feedback to product development, specify data characteristics, processing and analytics performance

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in life sciences
  • 3 or more years of experience with data extraction, manipulation, analyzing and reporting data
  • 1 or more years of experience working with health care data-claims, pharmacy and clinical data
  • Experience in planning/designing analytic activities, assessing and solving complex problems
  • Experience with healthcare-based and clinical research analytics is preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills with communicating complex data analytics
  • Must be an independent, detailed-oriented individual with excellent interpersonal oral and written communication skills; Able to handle multiple tasks, problem solving and troubleshooting
  • Start-up, healthcare, research and/or technology company experience is preferred

Business Development Associate (Cambridge, MA)

CliniWorks is seeking a Business Development professional to grow the healthcare (hospitals & hospital networks) customer alliances/partnership base

Responsibilities

  • Initiate sales process by delivering CliniWorks’ value proposition in a concise and convincing manner over the phone
  • Gain understanding of prospects’ processes for adopting new IT solutions and match CliniWorks’ solutions to prospects’ needs and compelling events
  • Identify key decision makers and facilitate strong relationships within prospective accounts
  • Overcome customer objections effectively through applying advanced selling skills
  • Document all activities in salesforce.com on real time basis, meeting department metrics, reporting, and tracking objectives
  • Proactive in providing intelligence from the field into improving the CliniWorks’ offerings and processes
  • Effectively present web-based demonstrations of CliniWorks’ technology & solutions

Business Development Director (Cambridge, MA)

CliniWorks is seeking a Business Development Director to manage the full sales cycle in selling our advanced healthcare data analytics solutions into Healthcare accounts

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with key prospective account decision makers, delivering CliniWorks’ value proposition to assigned prospective accounts while developing strong relationships and understanding their processes for adopting new IT solutions
  • Develop, manage and execute a strategic plan, detailing objectives, account-level strategy and targets
  • Effectively present in-person and web conference demonstrations of CliniWorks’ solutions
  • Document activities in salesforce.com, meeting department metrics, reporting, and tracking objectives – including those for appointments, demonstrations and business close

CliniWorks (Israel) is seeking outstanding and bright .NET developers to participate in building the breakthrough technology of the world’s largest clinical research network and analytics solution.

  • 3+ years experience with .NET/ C# products/technologies development.
  • Experience with ASP.Net, AJAX, DHTML, Web Services, SQL Server – A MUST.
  • SSRS, Analysis Services – Advantage
  • B.Sc. in computer science (or equivalent).
  • Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
